| Patna, (Bihar Times): “A graduate  who is eager to have his own Agriclinic and Agribusiness set up would get a  loan of Rs. 5 Lakhs without any security requirement.”  Said Bidhanesh Mishra, Director of Agriclinic  and Agribusiness Scheme in a training programme organized in Patna to help unemployed graduates. He further  stated that the RBI has issued guidelines in this regard and 20 schemes  have been suggested for setting up micro enterprises. 
 The different schemes relate to vermi compost, seed and fertilizer business,  mushroom, fishery, lemon grass. It would fetch a good amount of money in a very  short period. So instead of searching jobs graduates would well become  job providers to many others in rural areas. He  also said that the scheme could revolutionise the rural economy of the state.  He advised  agrientrepreneurs  to grab this opportunity and change their  fortune.
 The scheme of Agriclinics and Agribusiness has been launched  by Government of India all over the country including Bihar  to tackle the problem of unemployment among agriculture graduates. The scheme  is sponsored by Small Farmers Agribusiness Consortium, National Bank of  Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) and National Institute of  Agriculture Extension Management (MANAGE), Hyderabad.
