Lalu refuses to concede Congress demand for more seats in Bihar

Patna, (Bihar Times): Railway minister Lalu Prasad on Tuesday refused to concede the demand from a section of Congressmen, especially from Bihar, to leave more seats for the party for the coming Lok Sabha election.

As per the latest agreement the RJD had decided to contest from 22 seats giving 13 to the LJP and five to Congress. Last time the RJD contested 26 seats winning 22 and it can not fight on less than that.

According to a news agency report from New Delhi Lalu went to the extent of saying that “If they don’t agree, then we will all contest.”
