Nitish denies rift in NDA over seat-sharing in Bihar

Patna, (Bihar Times): Chief minister Nitish Kumar dismissed the news-report that there is rift in Bihar NDA over seat-sharing for the coming Lok Sabha polls.

Talking to the newsmen on Thursday he said the alliance between Janata Dal(United) and BJP stands like a rock. There is no rift over seat adjustments for the coming polls.

“We will let you know the number of seats Janata Dal(United) and BJP will contest soon after the election schedule is declared,” he said.

Nitish said the poll prospect would not be affected by the seat-sharing arrangements among the UPA constituents––RJD, Congress and LJP. The chief minister extended his full support to the LJP parliamentary board chairman, Ranjan Yadav, for raising his voice against the LJP-RJD alliance. “In fact, Ranjanji is dead against any alliance with RJD, the party he quit long ago,” he added.
