Opposition parties continue to boycott Bihar assembly

 

Patna, (Bihar Times): Opposition parties in Bihar on Friday resolved to boycott assembly proceeding presided over by Speaker Uday Narayan Choudhary as they do not have trust in him.
Led by the leader of the Opposition in the state assembly Rabri Devi, the Opposition took the decision even before the House had met for the pre-lunch session. “If anyone else presides in the absence of Choudhary, we would be in the House,” said CPM member Ramdeo Verma.
It needs to be mentioned that the the BJP member Ramadhar Singh called Shakeel Ahmed Khan, a Pakistani in the floor of the state assembly on Wednesday.
