Patna, (BiharTimes): In yet another bulk transfer the Bihar government on Thursday transferred seven District Magistrates.
After the Sitamarhi SP, it was now the turn of the DM, Vishwanath Singh, to go. It needs to be mentioned that on June 18 last the executive engineer of road construction department, Yogendra Pandey, was alleged to be thrown down from the three-storied building of the collectorate by the contractor-mafia gang.

The SP, Chatraneel Singh, was transferred only a couple of days back.
Vishwanath Singh will now take charge of the state agriculture department as its special secretary, while Nawada DM Yogendra Bhagat would be additional secretary in the
department of road construction.
Similarly, Vimlanand Jha, the DM of Arwal would take the charge of the state land reforms and revenue department as its additional secretary and Banka DM Ashish Kumar has been made the state social welfare director.
DM of Bhagalpur, S K Mall would be additional secretary in the state rural development department and Saran DM, S K Hans would be the additional secretary in the health department.
