RJD MLA switches loyalty, joins Janata Dal (United)

Patna,(BiharTimes): RJD MLA from Dhanaha assembly constituency in West Champaran, Rajesh Singh, who did not vote for the party candidate during the Rajya Sabha election on June 17 last finally joined the Janata Dal (United).

Speaking on the occasion he said that he decided to leave RJD as Lalu Prasad and LJP chief Ram Vilas Paswan were dividing the society on caste lines and did not initiate any measures to develop the state.

Rajesh, a former minister, alleged that the two leaders had fooled the people by making tall promises for their development but never fulfilled them.
Welcoming him into the party state Janata Dal (United) chief Vijay Kumar Choudhary charged Lalu and Paswan with encouraging family rule.
