Patna,(BiharTimes): Janata Dal (United) national spokesman, Shivanand Tiwary, who is also a Rajya Sabha MP, said in Patna on Saturday tat he would boycott President Barack Husain Obama’s joint address to Parliament on Monday.
Talking to newsmen he said Obama’s visit is a purely a “commerce and business trip”.

“I will boycott his joint address in my personal capacity,” he said.
Though he said that he had not consulted his party leaders about his decision to stay away from Obama’s joint address in the Parliament yet party President, Sharad Yadav, a couple of days back, questioned the US President’s visit.
However, Shivanand Tiwari also appealed to the members of both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha to boycott the address irrespective of their party affiliations.
