'The cabinet meeting has decided to recommend to the governor to dissolve the state assembly. It is likely to be dissolved Wednesday,' an official said. The Nitish Kumar-led government has held 236 cabinet meetings since it came to power in November 2005. Striking a different note, the cabinet meeting was held once under a makeshift canopy in a village, for the first time in the history of the state, and another time on a floating restaurant on the Ganga river.
