Patna,(BiharTimes): The Madhepura superintendent of police Varun Kumar Sinha on Sunday ordered the arrest of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee chief Chaudhary Mehboob Ali Kaiser and other party leader Lovely Anand for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct during the recently concluded assembly election.

Kaiser had lost from Simri-Bakhtiarpur while Lovely from Alamnagar.
According to Sinha the deputy superintendent of police in his supervision report had held the two leaders guilty. They were charged with violating the Model Code of Conduct by landing their chopper without permission from the authorities for addressing an election meeting on October 4.
Kaiser and Lovely were required to come to the police station and seek bail by furnishing the necessary bonds, he said.
