New Delhi, April 14 (IANS) Unhappy over his parent's selection of a bride for him, a 27-year-old graphic designer committed suicide by hanging himself here, police said Thursday.
Rana Kumar Singh, who hails from Saharsa in Bihar, was found hanging in his rented accommodation in Lado Sarai area of south Delhi Wednesday night, a senior police officer said.

Police said that Singh's friends, who had come to meet him, found his room locked from inside.
"When they peeped inside through the window, they found him hanging," he said.
Singh was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.
He was unhappy over his parents fixing his marriage with a girl whom he did not approve.
"He was about to get married in June. During investigation, we found that he was unhappy over his parents selecting the girl without his consent," the police officer said.
Singh was working as a graphic designer in a private firm in Gurgaon. No suicide note has been recovered.
