Patna,(BiharTimes): Protesting against the non-
payment of salary for the last four months large
number of policemen on Thursday attacked the Treasury Office of Lakhisarai district and brutally
assaulted its employees. Four of them very
seriously injured in the accident.
They later gheroed the district magistrate and Superintendent of police. Policemen complained that as they have not been getting their salary it has become extremely difficult to run the family.Only last week a large number of SAP jawans created ugly scene in Dehri-on-Sone over the non-payment of salary and discrimination in payment of allowance for panchayat election.Some of them even tried to meet the Chief Minister during the Janata Durbar.
