Patna,(BiharTimes): The District and Session Judge of Begusarai, S P N Singh, on Wednesday rejected the bail application of former LJP MP Suraj Bhan in a murder case registered against him four years ago.
The court passed the order after hearing argument by Suraj Bhan's counsel seeking bail for his client in the murder case of Ram Naresh Sharma.

Sharma, an APP, was murdered by unidentified gunmen in Begusarai town on November 8, 2007, that is Diwali evening. The deceased's kin had lodged a murder case against four persons, including the then LJP MP Suraj Bhan.
