          .Patna, Aug 18 (IANS) A Bihar court Thursday dismissed the   discharge petitions filed by former Bihar chief ministers Lalu Prasad and   Jagannath Mishra, among 11 accused, in a scam related to fraudulent withdrawal   of Rs.47 lakh from the state treasury to purchase fodder for public   distribution, court officials said.A designated Central Bureau of   Investigation court dismissed the discharge petitions after hearing the   arguments in the case.
 
 
 
 |  After the arguments were completed in the first week of August, the court fixed   Aug 18 to pronounce an order on the discharge petitions, court officials   said.
 The court also directed both Lalu Prasad and Jagannath Mishra to   attend the proceedings on the next date of hearing.
 
 The fodder case was   filed against Lalu Prasad, Mishra and other accused for hatching a conspiracy   for fraudulent withdrawal of Rs.47 lakh from the Bhagalpur treasury between 1995   and 1996.
