Nitish warns schools violating RTE

Patna,(BiharTimes): Chief minister Nitish Kumar on Monday warned that action would be taken against the private educational institutions if they violate the provisions of 25 per cent reservation to admission-seekers from deprived sections of the society.

Talking to the newsmen on the sideline of the Janata Darbar he said that the state government would strictly implement the Right to Education in Bihar. Private schools which are not adhering to the provisions under the Act would be sternly dealt with.

The Centre enacted the Right to Education Act and it was implemented all over the country on April 1, 2010.
