           Patna:         Railway  budget has been eagerly awaited in Bihar for  its promises in regards to do something for this underdeveloped region. But  then India  is not a well knit national entity. Rather it is a conglomerate of regional  interest. Moral of story is that one should not expect much.   |    I’m  sure Bihar would have been a much better  entity had it been on its own.  It would  not have been so blatantly marginalized by a central government led by figure  head Dr Manmohan Singh and the real power Ms. Sonia Gandhi and her inheritor  Mr. Rahul Gandhi.   In  a blatant affront to Bihar, most of the NHDP  phase III roads stands downgraded to two lanes. And now pending Bihar projects are being starved for funds. A judicious comment  requires figures and facts.
