We the people of bihar must understand,we are a part of india because india and bihar need each other.it reminds me of a german song in the 70s sung by a bavarian chief minister, josef strauss.josef strauss was also the head of CSU(christian socialists union) which ruled germany in alliance with CDU(christian democratic union).he sang a song and it reads "DEUTSCHAND BRAUCHT BAYERN".the translation is:GERMANY NEEDS BAVARIA.bihar must make it clear to india,if bihar does not get from center what it needs to care for it's more than a crore biharis it does not see why it should remain a part of inda.the realationship between the center and the state of bihar has to be a win win situation.
