Cabinet nod to one-time salami for lease renewal of Khas Mahal land

 

Patna,(BiharTimes): The state cabinet on Tuesday gave its nod to a proposal to levy one time salami at the rate of five per cent of market rate for renewal of the lease of Khas Mahal land.
According to the decision the lessees will also have to pay the rent at the rate of 0.5 per cent.

This rule will be applicable in case of only those who have so far abided by the law. For those who have violated law pertaining to regularisation of Khas Mahal land will have to pay the rent at the rate of 10 per cent.
The cabinet also gave approval to the Chief Minister Health Card Scheme for children in the age group of 0-14. It will be launched on Bihar Diwas day (March 22). It also approved a proposal to empower the Bihar School Examination Board to affiliate/disaffiliate Inter colleges.
