.Patna,(BiharTimes): Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said on Monday that human development is a priority of his government and efforts are being made to restore the intellectual glory of the state by reviving academic institutes.

Inaugurating an international book fair organised by National Book Trust (NBT) he said the government had allocated funds and set up an authority for the purpose of reviving the libraries. He urged publishers to host more book fairs at regular intervals as there was growing demand for books and literary materials in Bihar. He also released four anthologies of poems published by NBT on the occasion.
