Patna,(BiharTimes): The winner of Rs five crore prize in Kaun Banega Crorepati, Sushil Kumar, was on Monday finally named by the Centre as the brand ambassador for its flagship rural job guarantee scheme, Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MNREGA).

Sushil Kumar, a data operator with MNREGA, is a better person to speak about it, the Minister said while felicitating him in New Delhi.
Ramesh said young persons like Sushil Kumar should be projected as they were the people who have come up through the MNREGA system.
Talking to reporters the minister said that there was a young boy in Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. Three years ago he cracked the IIT entrance exam. He is also son of MNREGA labourers.
The Minister wished him all the best for the Civil Services exam. “He is in touch with my Private Secretary. We would help him, if he wants to join the IAS. This is what mobility is all about,” he added.
Immediately after winning Rs five crore prize Ramesh wrote to Sushil, and even rang him up, congratulating him for this achievement.
Sushil Kumar, who hails from Motihari in East Champaran said he was fortunate to have been associated with MNREGA.
