Five bodies found from hotel near Patna railway station

Patna,(BiharTimes): Five bodies, including that of three children, were found in Room No. 104 of Palika Hotel near Patna railway station late on Saturday night.
According to police the bodies belonged to the family of Shrawan Kumar of Horka village of Dehri-on-Sone sub-division of Rohtas district. The two women are Premlata Devi, wife of Shrawan Kumar and Soni Kumari, sister-in-law (Sali, that is wife’s sister). One of three kids have been identified as son Adarsh.

Shrawn Kumar, son of Inderdev Singh, had even contested the last year Assembly election as Independent candidate from Dehri-on-Sone. As identity proof in the hotel at the time of checking-in he gave the copy of his Photo Identity Card issued by the Election Commission.
Hotel management said that Shrawan, along with his family, checked in to the hotel on October 5 and they have been living there since then. He even took lunch with the family on Saturday afternoon and left them in the evening. Late in the evening he even rang up the hotel manager to tell him to serve dinner to his family at 9:00 PM.
Prima facie it appears to be the case of poisoning. Some cup of ice-creams was also found in the room.
The police have sealed the room. Senior Police officials are investigating the crime and hunt is on to nab Shrawan Kumar.
