Five IGs promoted to the rank of ADGs

Patna,(BiharTimes): Five senior IPS officers of Bihar were on Friday promoted to the rank of additional director generals of police.

According to Principal Home Secretary, Amir Subhani IG (Training) N C Dhondhiyal was elevated to the rank of ADG and posted in the Vigilance Wing of the Bihar State Electricity Board.



A K Upadhyay, IG (Special Vigilance Wing) would now be ADG in the same Special Vigilance Wing and IG (Modernisation) Rajesh Ranjan would be ADG of (Wireless and Technical Services). IG Provision Ravindra Kumar would be now ADG (Headquarters).
Subhani said IG(Operation) K S Dwivedi would be ADG (Modernisation) till further order. ADG (Law and Order) Parasnath Nath Rai was shifted as ADG (Rail), while ADG (Rail) S K Bharadwaj would be the new ADG (Law and Order).
