Patna,(BiharTimes): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has urged her Delhi counterpart Sheila Dixit to declare public holiday in Delhi on November 1 in view of Chhath festival.
In a letter to her, he said that a large number of Biharis, who work in Delhi and observe fast on Chhath for two days, would be relieved if there is a holiday on Tuesday.
