New Delhi, Sep 5 (IANS) Bihar has constructed 2,758 electric tubewells till March this year, Minister of State for Water Resources Vincent H. Pala said Monday.
He told the Rajya Sabha that the state planned to build 3,000 such tubewells during 2006-11.
