JD(U) MLA’s husband held on her complaint of trying to kill son

Patna,(BiharTimes): Araria Police on Friday arrested, Awadesh Mandal, husband of Janata Dal(United) MLA Bima Bharti, on her complaint that he was trying to poison their son.

According to Superintendent of Police Shivdeep Lande an FIR was lodged by Bima Bharti, who represent Rupauli of Purnea in Bihar Assembly, against her husband alleging him with attempt to poison their son.

Acting on the FIR, police team from Bhawanipur police station arrested Awadesh from his house in Tikappati and send him to jail.

Awadesh Mandal does not have cordial relationship with his MLA wife.
