Maoists’ kill abducted Jamui villager

Patna,(BiharTimes): The body of Mohammad Abdul Jabbar, who was abducted by the ‘Maoists’ from a Jamui village on January 30 night was recovered on Sunday.
The ‘Maoists’ on Jan 30 night attacked Mirtand village under Khaira police station of Jamui district. The villagers resisited the Maoists. However, they were no match for the extremists fire power and two persons died while another was abducted.

However, it was six days after that the Maoists threw his body. The head was severed from rest of the body. They also left behind leaflets warning the people of dire consequences.
However, the police refused to accept the incident as Maoists violence and said that the attackers were criminals who attacked the Muslim dominated village after a clash over Saraswati Puja.
