Patna,(BiharTimes): Justice Navin Sinha of Patna High Court on Monday quashed the order of the Vice Chancellor of Patna University, banning four students from entering the university campus after these students had entered the his office and created ruckus. |
VC Shambhu Nath Singh’s order was challenged in the High Court by Varun Sharma, a student leader.
Earlier, it was on the complaint of these students’ leaders that the state government had order probe into financial irregularities against the Vice Chancellor. This move was strongly criticised by the University Professors.
