Patna,(BiharTimes): The Congress party has termed the just concluded Global Summit on Changing Bihar 2012 as a “cruel joke” on the people of Bihar and asked the state government to come out with a White Paper on the result of the meet. |
Talking to mediapersons on Sunday Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee president Chaudhary Mehboob Ali Qaisar and state Youth Congress chief Lalan Kumar said the Summit is nothing but a brand building exercise of the chief minister, Nitish Kumar.
They asked as to why the 2007 meet on Resurgent Bihar failed to attract investors. The changing Bihar concept being highlighted at the Summit is bogus as the ground reality is totally different. No change is visible anywhere in the state.
They also demanded that the state government come out with a White Paper on the results of holding the mega event with public money.
