Who is the fifth boy involved in the gangrape case?

Patna,(BiharTimes): Who is the fifth boy in the gangrape case whose name has been omitted from the FIR and Women’s Commission Report? Though three boys have been arrested, one each from Shimla, (the main accused Prashant Jha) Jalandhar and Chapra two other boys are still at large.

Though the name of the fifth boy has been kept secret reports doing the rounds in the media circle suggest that he is the son of a very influential MLA of ruling party from Patna district. Therefore, the transfer of the then City SP, Kim, is also linked to it.

The police now believed that the gang could be a part of a bigger racket involved in making porn CDs as it showed a lot of expertise in developing the MMS. The boys dared to commit this act as they were convinced that nothing would happen to them due to their parents proximity to powers that be.

Police also raided a flat in Rambha Apartment in Rajvanshinagar locality in the evening, It is the place of occurrence and is owned by a superintending engineer posted in Jharkhand and whose son is one of the accused in the case. Initially it was reported that the place of incident was a govt. bunglow near Hanuman mandir at Bailey road.
