Nitish’s meeting with NDA workers deferred

Patna,(BiharTimes): The monthly meeting of NDA workers with the Bihar chief minister, Nitish Kumar, could not be held on Monday. It is held on every fourth Monday of the month.

Though the state Janata Dal (United) chief, Vashistha Narayan Singh, sought to underplay this development by stating that the meeting was deferred because of the renovation works at chief minister’s residence, political observers are of the view that it has something to do with the growing tension between the two alliance partners, the Janata Dal (United) and BJP.

However, the Chief Minister’s office refused to give reasons for the postponement of the meeting. The chief minister gets feedback from the NDA workers in the meeting.
