Patna,(BiharTimes): Can anything be more tragic than this. The body of a four-year old boy could not be handed over to the relatives for many hours on Tuesday after the Monday evening Chhath day tragedy as the PMCH authorities pleaded that the keys of the morgue had been lost.

“We are very worried. No one from the staff or the control room is willing to help us,” Bablu Kumar, one of the relatives was quoted in the media as saying. Another member of the family Sikandar Das said that the keys are yet to be located.
