Schools in Bhojpur to remain open during Nitish's Yatra on Sunday

Patna,(BiharTimes): The Bihar government has issued yet another controversial order.
It has ordered that all the schools in Bhojpur district should remain open on Sunday (October 14) when the chief minister Nitish Kumar is to visit the place during his Adhikar Yatra.

These teachers have also been directed to participate in a painting competition and training
programme on Distance Education on this weekly off-day.

Reports said that the idea is to keep the teachers engaged so that they may not hold protest rallies and wave black flags before the chief minister.

However, it remains to be seen whether the students would actually turn up on the weekly off-day or not.

After all the state has never witnessed such an order from the government, perhaps not even during the Emergency.
