Patna,(BiharTimes): The Rs 2234.46 crore Ganga Pathway Project has in all practical purpose being abandonment. Road construction department (RCD) minister Nand Kishore Yadav said the idea of constructing 21.5 km four-lane road along the Ganga river on PPP has been shelved due to bidders’ reluctance to take up the project.

Now the Bridge Construction Corporation, a wing of the RCD has been asked to recast the entire project and suggest ways and means to get it rolling a fresh.
The minister said that it has been asked to submit its report within two months after which the department would look into the feasibility of the project.
