School-girl allegedly abducted from Patna

Patna,(BiharTimes): A Class-VIII student of a private school, Sneha Bhattacharya, was on Friday allegedly kidnapped from Kunnu Lal Road, Mithapur, under Jakkanpur Police Station of Patna.

According to police a case has been lodged in this regard on the basis of the statement of her father Sujit Bhattacharya, an employee of LIC.

Police said that Sneha, the only daughter of Sujit was last seen near the house around 1:15 PM on Friday. When she did not reach home her father first searched her in nearby locality, but when he failed he lodged a complaint with the police.

The father apprehended that his daughter might have been abducted by some miscreants. 
Meanwhile, reports from Jhajha said that an attempt was made to kidnap a school girl from the town.
