PMC asks builders to display board at sites

Patna,(BiharTimes): Patna Municipal Corporation has asked the builders to get all the details of construction plans and display them before embarking on work. The details should include the approved map plan, the name of developers, contact numbers etc on display on the individual sites for anyone to see and verify.

According to PMC Commissioner, Kamal Narayan, a general instruction in this regard would soon be issued to builders and developers.

In the absence of such information the buyers are often cheated by builders.

This practice was somewhat in force but was discontinued during the boom in construction activities during the present Nitish regime.
