Rs 3.38 lakh looted from rural bank in Nalanda district

Patna,(BiharTimes): Armed criminals looted Rs 3.38 lakh from Borisarai branch of Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank under Khodaganj police station area in Nalanda district on Monday.

According to Superintendent of Police Nishant Kumar Tiwary seven dacoits barged into the bank premises and looted the amount at gun point. They also fired and shot at two persons including a bank employee when they tried to resist. 

While one of the injured was admitted to primary health centre another was referred to the Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH).
