After Nalanda SP, district magistrate also shifted

Patna,(BiharTimes): The Bihar government on Wednesday made senior IAS officer Deepak Kumar, officer on special duty in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. He has returned from Central deputation recently.
Kundan Kumar, who is at present DM of Nalanda, the home district of chief minister Nitish Kumar, will be the new DM of Saran. Vandana Preysi had been on Monday notified to go as District Magistrate of Saran. Only on Tuesday the SP of Nalanda, Nishant Tiwary, was transferred.
According to a notification issued by General Administration Department Managing Director of South Bihar Power Distribution Company, Ms Palka Sahni will take Kundan Kumar’s place in Nalanda and Vanadana Preysi will work as MD of Women Development Corporation. Incidentally, Palka is the wife of outgoing DM.
