Four girls missing for last more than a week

Patna,(BiharTimes): Four girls are missing for last more than a week from Muzaffarpur and Nalanda districts.

Reports from Balki Mushari village under Bochacha police station of Muzaffarpur district said that three girls––all sisters––are missing from their village from August 21. They are the daughters of Tajuddin Ahmed.
Sources told BiharTimes that another family, along with their daughter, is missing from the same village, which raises suspicion about the incident.

The sisters are aged 17, 13 and six years.

In another incident a 22 year old girl was physically lifted and taken away from downtown of Biharsharif town on August 22 evening. The girl was abducted on the gun-point by motor-cycle borne criminals when she along with two aunts came out from a cloth shop on that day. The aunts and the girl tried to fight back but were overpowered as the criminals were armed. Her two aunts also got injured in the process of resisting them.

Her father told BiharTimes that he had met all the officials in Biharsharif but to no avail. He came to Patna on Friday to meet some political leaders and high police and administrative officials.

A police team also went to Kolkata after the parents received a couple of phone calls from the criminal, said to be a local outlaw. But the police could not nab him. The police reached Kolkata only after getting the idea of mobile tower.

Relatives of the girl suspect that grabbing property was the motive behind the abduction as the girl is the only daughter and his father is a well off person.
