Patna, Bodh Gaya serial-bomb blasts solved: Sushil Kumar Shinde

Patna,(BiharTimes): Union home minister Sushil Kumar Shinde said on Thursday that the bomb blasts in Patna, Bodh Gaya and Bangalore, which took place earlier this year, have been solved.

Speaking at the foundation laying ceremony of the National Intelligence Grid (NATGRID) data centre in New Delhi he said the government has ensured that there was no repeat of 26/11 type attack anywhere in the country.

He said four places––Hyderabad, Bangalore, Bodh Gaya and Patna––were rocked by explosions in 2013.

“I am happy to say that Bangalore, Bodh Gaya and Patna blast cases have been solved,” he said adding that effective apparatus such as the NATGRID were essential because they gave timely and actionable information to intelligence and security agencies in their attempt to thwart nefarious designs.

He assured the people that the government would deal with iron hand when it comes to dealing with terrorism.

The Rs 234-crore NATGRID data centre and other administrative infrastructure would be completed in the next 30 months inside a CRPF campus in south Delhi. It would have some of the most modern ergonomics and would be armed with sophisticated gadgetry.

The home minister stressed on the need to have good intelligence inputs for security agencies.
