Patna,(BiharTimes): Former Union minister and senior RJD leader, Raghuvansh Prasad Singh, on Saturday sought immediate legal action against the transport minister of Bihar, Brishen Patel, for violating the law while going to attend the Sankalp rally of the Janata Dal (United) in Muzaffarpur.

Talking to the media he said that the minister led hundreds of his supporters on motor-cycle to attend the rally, but none of them were wearing helmet. “If the minister of any state can so brazenly violate the law of the land what will happen to it,” he asked.
