JD(U) denounces Giriraj Singh’s remark on Nitish

Patna,(BiharTimes): The Janata Dal (United) has strongly denounced the statement given by the BJP leader and former minister, Giriraj Singh.

Talking to the media on Tuesday the party spokesman, Neeraj, accused the BJP of indulging in literary terrorism.

He sought apology from the leader of opposition in the state Assembly, Nand Kishore Yadav, who was smiling at the function when Giriraj Singh was speaking so in Vaishali district on Monday.

Giriraj, it needs to be recalled, said that Nitish Kumar’s ‘political murder’ would be committed by the BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi when BJP would bag all 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar. He also alleged that Nitish was the one to strategize Narendra Modi’s murder in Ramlila Maidan.

Criticising Nitish he said that Modi has won over the trust of the people of India and that Bihar chief minister has no idea of its worth.

He further said if BJP wins all 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar then Nitish Kumar would not be just finished but he would die at the hands of Narendra Modi, no one else.

Later clarifying his statement Giriraj Singh regretted that he just missed to utter the word rajniti (political) before talking about death.

Meanwhile, RJD national spokesman, Ram Kripal Yadav, too denounce the use of such expression by the BJP leader. He said that political differences does not amount to using the words like hatya and maut.
