Liquor representative who dared DIG Alok Kumar now fears for his life

 

Patna,(BiharTimes): Tunnaji Pandey, the representative of the liquor firm who accused the then DIG (Saran), Alok Kumar, of demanding Rs 10 crore from him is now fearing for his and his family’s life.
He suspected henchmen of the DIG’s aide at present lodged in Shaheed Khudiram Bose Central Jail in Muzaffarpur, of being hehind the threat. He has restricted his movement outside his house at Mairwa in Siwan district.

According to reports Pandey he had apprised the Siwan superintendent of police, Satyaveer Singh, of his apprehension on Thursday night over phone. “I am living under constant fear ever since I lodged a formal complaint against the DIG on January 13,” he was quoted in the Telegraph as saying.Siwan SP said that Tunnaji had not given any written petition to him regarding the security.
