BJP continues to lash law and order whip on Nitish govt

Patna,(BiharTimes): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) continues to launch its verbal tirade against the Nitish Kumar government with party spokesman, Shahnawaz Hussain, directly blaming it for the total collapse in the law and order situation in the state.

Talking to the media he said the law and order situation of Bihar has gone from bad to worse. This is a big issue. In Bhagalpur there was a death that happened inside a police station. But the police, instead of calling it custodial death, said that he had a heart attack. This is simply shocking.

He sought payment of compensation for the family of the victim. The people of the state are worried, because the situation is deteriorating by every hour.

He said it may be that the BJP is not ruling Bihar, yet as a principal opposition party it is duty-bound to raise people’s issue and police highhandedness.
