Lallan factor in removal of Shivanand Tiwari?

Patna,(BiharTimes): Unlike the general perception it is not Janata Dal (United) chief Sharad Yadav, but Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar, who is instrumental in getting party’s Rajya Sabha MP, Shivanand Tiwari, removed from the post of party’s national spokesman.
Party sources from New Delhi, while talking to the BiharTimes confided that Shivanand was removed at the instance of former state party chief, Lallan Singh, who has recently returned to Janata Dal (United) fold. As Lallan has some personal score to settle he reportedly influenced Nitish, who is out to please the Bhumihar leaders as he fears that this caste may drift towards Bharatiya Janata Party.
In place of Shivanand the party appointed Rajya Sabha MP, K C Tyagi. As Tyagi is a close cfonfidant of Sharad Yadav it was felt that he played a role in the removal of Shivanand. But that was not the true story.
The JD(U) sources to whom BiharTimes talked to neither confirm nor deny the report that spies of Bihar Police personnel have been put outside Sharad Yadav’s house to put a track on his activities.
