Has June 12 something to do with Nitish Kumar?

Patna,(BiharTimes): June 12 has something to do with Nitish Kumar. Perhaps.
On June 12, 2010 the Bihar chief minister suddenly cancelled his dinner for the BJP bigwigs. The saffron party was holding its two-day National Executive meeting in Patna (June 12-13). Till then the relationship between the BJP and JD(U) was excellent and Nitish had no complaint whatsoever with his Gujarat counterpart.
Nitish became upset because a newspaper carried a big advertisement showing him hand-in-hand with Narendra Modi. This advertisement was given by a BJP supporter from Gujarat.
This sudden cancellation of dinner on June 12 afternoon took the BJP leaders by a complete surprise and nobody––even in the JD(U)––could make out as to what had gone wrong with the Bihar chief minister.
What is strange is that of all the BJP leaders who attended the National Executive only Lal Krishna Advani and Narendra Modi were put up at the State Guest House and were in fact the state guest. Then, why Nitish behaved in such a manner? The question remained unanswered. Besides, the dinner was already planned a few days earlier.
On June 13 the sullen BJP leaders addressed a public meeting in Patna’s Gandhi Maidan with barring Advani nobody daring to take the name of Nitish Kumar in their speeches.
A week later on June 19 Nitish dropped another bomb. He returned Rs five crore which the Gujarat government sent after the Kosi flood of 2008. It remains to be seen why the money was not spent in two years time.
On June 12, 2013 the Janata Dal (United) almost repeated the same performance. But this time Nitish himself did not speak. It was party leaders, especially, agriculture minister, Narendra Singh, who went on to call his namesake (Narendra Modi) dangai (rioter).
It is on this date, June 12, that all the news channels and websites highlighted the news that the marriage between Janata Dal (United) and BJP is on the rock and in a couple of days they may announce divorce.
It is on June 12 evening that Nitish cancelled his Sewa Yatra and decided to stay in Patna.
