What about protocol when Narendra Modi was humiliated in Bihar: Ravi Shankar

Patna,(BiharTimes): Former Union Information and Broadcasting Minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad, on Tuesday asked Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar as to what protocol he had maintained when the Gujarat chief minister, Narendra Modi, visited Patna on the occasion of National Executive of BJP on June 12-13, 2010.

Commenting on Nitish’s defense that he praised Modi in Gujarat in December 2003 as protocol demands so, Ravi Shankar Prasad, asked as to where had the protocol gone when Modi had visited Patna.

It is true that Modi was put up at the state guest house, but Nitish suddenly cancelled the dinner of all the bigwigs of the party who had assembled in Patna. Nitish publicly humiliated Modi and a week later on June 19 even returned Rs five crore donated by the Gujarat government to Bihar as Kosi flood relief fund in August 2008.
