Patna,(BiharTimes): The district judge in-charge of Siwan, S K Pandey, on Thursday stayed the arrest of RJD candidate for Maharajganj Lok Sabha by-poll Prabhunath Singh till June 6. A case was lodged against him for alleged misbehaviour with a trainee IAS and a seniordistrict official on poll duty. The by-poll is scheduled for June 2.

Hearing his anticipatory bail application the court ordered not to arrest him till June 6. An FIR was registered against the RJD candidate on Monday night at Bhagwanpur police station here on the basis of a complaint by district agriculture officer Bharat Pratap Singh.
