Delay on the part of Congress worries Ram Vilas

Patna,(BiharTimes): Stating that the Congress chairperson Sonia Gandhi and other leaders are busy in the Assembly elections in the four states Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) president Ram Vilas Paswan said on Friday he fails to understand why Congress is dithering to join the RJD-LJP alliance in Bihar.

Talking to the reporters here he said both RJD and LJP) have been saying that the secular parties should come together to defeat BJP and JD(U) in the state, but he does not know why Congress is dithering.

Paswan accepted that he had no meeting with UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi in the last one month as all the parties are busy in the Assemblyelection campaign.

Ram Vilas ruled out any tie-up of his party with ruling JD(U) adding that his party is strongly with RJD in Bihar. So where is the question of tie-up with JD(U) in 2014 polls? He also dismissed all talks of joining any Third Front.

He said both chief minister Nitish Kumar and BJP are diverting people’s attention from development to communal agenda through the daily war or words and are thus trying to befool the masses.
