Patna,(BiharTimes): Former deputy chief minister Sushil Kumar Modi charged the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar with targeting Commissioner of Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) Kuldip Narayan, who has launched a campaign against illegal multi-storey buildings in Patna.

He said since, the PMC Commissioner is acting on of the order of the Patna High Court, which has given an order that he cannot be removed without its consent, theBuilders’ mafias, enjoying patronage of JD(U) leaders, have filed aSpecial Leave Petition (SLP) in the Supreme Court for order to remove the Commissioner who has blacklisted 141 high-rise buildings for violation of rules.
