Patna,(BiharTimes): Bihar agriculture minister Narendra Singh, known for his off the cuff remarks, was literally caught napping while chief minister Nitish Kumar was presenting his report card on Monday.

Sitting on the second chair on CM’s right side he dozed almost throughout the programme giving the photographers ample time to do their work. It was not surprising that the last question a journalist
asked from Nitish was: Is he missing Sushil Modi on his side this year.

Though the rural development minister Nitish Mishra and then chief secretary, Ashok Kumar Sinha, patted on his back they hardly succeeded in their efforts.

By his action the minister has given enough hint that the presentation of the annual performance report by his boss is too boring a job to be paid heed to.

So deep was the minister in his slumber that he could not come into his self even when the journalists present on the occasion laughed at him. The noisy question-answer session too failed to disturb him.
