It would be between Congress and RSS in 2014 poll: Jairam Ramesh

Patna,(BiharTimes): Union rural development minister Jairam Ramesh said on Sunday that it would be a battle between the Congress and the RSS and not BJP in the 2014 Lok Sabha election

However, Ramesh did not directly answer questions on whether RJD continues to be an ally of the Congress. He instead asked the media that it would be better to put this question before the state party leaders.

Ramesh, who is in Patna, also said that the Raghuram Rajan committee might have recommended special assistance to Bihar, but the UPA government seems to be in no hurry to award the same to the state.

Ramesh asked the state government to improve its administrative capacity to utilise the funds given by the Centre and also flayed the Public Distribution System in Bihar.
